• Rider History Interview
• Measurement of key physical attributes using Specialized fitting tools
• Flexibility assessment and considerations
• Dynamic saddle height adjustment
• Dynamic fore-aft saddle adjustments
• Dynamic handlebar height and reach adjustments
• Clipless pedal cleat adjustment
• Take home copy of written report on changes and complete measurements
• Complimentary follow up visit – up to 30 minutes, if needed
• Appointment time – up to 90 minutes

BG FIT METHOD on existing bike…………… $250.00

The ultimate level of bicycle fitting offered today. Maximum increases in comfort, efficiency and power.

Includes a 23-step pre-fit assessment and a 15-step dynamic bike fitting. Developed by Dr. Andy Pruitt of the Boulder Center of Sports Medicine, the BG FIT protocol is arguably the most thorough and precise professional bicycle fitting methodology. The BG FIT is aimed at cyclists of all levels who want to ride faster, longer, and in greater comfort, while reducing the chance of injury. 

• Rider History Interview
• 18 point physical assessment, to best work with your body’s natural capabilities
• Foot stability assessment and foot bed fitting
  
• Dynamic hip, knee and foot alignment using the most advanced, cycling specific video capture system available
• Computrainer pedal stroke assessment, Spin Scan and Power Assessment
• Other adjustments as necessary
• Includes report generated by your BG FIT technician utilizing Specialized BG Software

Specifically designed to maximize aerodynamic efficiency, while maintaining maximum power and comfort in triathlon, multi-sport, and time trial applications.
